We collect the data you provide us when you use our website contact form, When collecting information relating to any purchases you make of our goods or services, when signing up for distribution lists to receive news and marketing and when supplied to us via Suzuki GB when contact has been requested.

All your data is then stored on our in house server which can only be accessed by our members of staff and our primary trading partner Suzuki GB.

Using your personal data

The information you provide us will be used for the purpose it was provided, including:
To meet the terms of your order;
To send statements & invoices;
To send our email newsletter & special offer emails, if you have requested it (you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link provided in said emails);

To Provide Suzuki GB your information as is applicable for providing goods or services & if requested contact for marketing purposes (you can unsubscribe from marketing contact at any time using the methods explained in provided marketing).

We may share your personal information to any of our staff or to Suzuki GB where it would be reasonable to do so, we may also share with 3rd parties when applicable to completing work ordered by yourself (If consent is necessary to facilitate this sharing we will ensure it is obtained before processing).

All your information is stored on our in house server which is protected via firewalls and where applicable paper copies are kept secured on-site.

You may instruct us to no longer process you personal information which we will do so as quickly as possible.
You may instruct us to destroy all of your personal data not required by law which we will do so as quickly as possible.
You may instruct us to stop using your data for marketing purposes which we will do so as quickly as possible. (this can be done by simply sending a email to Sales@singletracker.co.uk with just "unsubscribe" in the title)
